Root Trying to flash a Rom and got this..

I would also suggest not using rom manager to flash roms.
I would also suggest using aman-ra recovery.

Also, you need to be sure that you have the 76 bootloader, you can find it here:

WARNING: After I change my HBOOT to the Engineering version so I could load CM6, too, my previously backed up ROMs wouldn't restore anymore (ClockworkMod Recovery v2.5.0.1).

Hopefully someone can explain why?

Same recovery... I only changed from HBOOT .93 to 0.76.2

hmmm, i use ra 1.8.0 and had no issues before and after hboot change, but i went from .76 to .93 then back to .76

you can flash cm nightlies with hboot .93.

try flashing the hboot and recovery the backup was made in and restore.
