Root trying to flash after update

im trying to flash after update.. i have rom manager and downloaded volacity and it reboots shows droid with warning sign and it just reboots and verizon logo pops up and everything is the same am i doing something wrong.. and i did wipe data

Clockwork recovery did not flash correctly. Try re-flashing it

Once you flash clockwork recovery and are on velcoity and select install update the update will boot into recovery and try to install. But it shouldn't install. Should get a validation error and it wont install.
