Trying to learn Android

I am a noob with Android.
Have a Galaxy S coming, so trying to learn what I can.
Not a noob with mobile's.
Years of experience with Motorola p2k and p5k phones and Windows
Mobile. Beta tester for several WM ROM's.
Everything different to what I am use to.
Been reading, reading, downloading, downloading.
