Everytime I try to move a app and it doesn't matter what app I use to move it with it says I have insufficent storage. I have a 16 gb card. I just rooted my phone. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Any help is appreciated.

Root trying to move apps to sd card problem

you cant move apps to your sd car per say as you could before with like gingerbread. ICS devices and up have internal storage and external storage, external being the sd card. If you move apps onto your sd card you will actually just be moving then to your internal storage space. there a few work arounds on here on how to actually get apps to bind to your sd card.

I'm confused because I thought you could if you rooted your phone. Anyway I partitioned my card and used link2sd and it worked. Anyway thanks for the help.
