Root Trying to Root 2.3.4 S-On

So I have been trying for hours to get my incredible rooted and so far no luck. I have been looking all over the forums and still cant figure anything out. Any help please? Just got a new replacement phone today and I cant get it to root.

Yea but I have S-on and I think it needs to be S-off in order for it to root, correct?

No, the above method will root an s-on phone.
