Root Trying to root but no success..Virus!!!

So I downloaded the drivers and the one root click method without success. Keep getting device not found. After installing the drivers and the one click method, believe it or not I got a virus both times but my pc cought it and cleaned it. As a matter of fact every time I downloaded both of these my pc got infected. Whats going on??
One more question, why when i install the drivers i get a little message on the bottom right corner of my pc saying "usb drivers were not installed correctly"???
 
what antivirus are you running?
where did you get the drivers
do you have the android adk installed?
 
Microsoft essentials.
I got the drivers from here. Just following the steps.
it doesn't say about adk, did I miss that?
 
DUH! Rooting involves using the lootor unix exploit! Of course MSSE is going to complain that there is a virus in there.

Your antivirus is finding the "exploit" used to root your device :) And, it keeps cleaning it out, thereby preventing you from rooting.
