Trying to update the ROM

When i go to HTC's website to update my rom it tells me that this software isnt suitable for this serial number and my info is

firmware version 1.5
build version 1.56.651.2 CL85027 release-keys
software version 1.56.651.2


But yeah i am trying to do the update and already got my stuff backed up and everything

help please

I've moved this to the Sprint Hero forum, as I believe that's a Sprint build number.

that's the current release of software. any updates will come from Sprint not HTC.
