Help Turn off screen wakeup on Notifications

When ever a notification comes, my phone when locked and screen is off, it wakes up for a second.

I don't want my screen to turn on when a notification comes can i do that?

I think this is a feature of the stock sms. If you disable notifications in the messaging app and then use Handcent or some other alternative, it won't happen anymore.

thanks but it happens with every notification i get on my phone. not only sms.

I 'think' if you use Light Flow app to handle your notifications, you can switch that off. Try it with the free version.
My screen doesnt come on but im not sure if its light flow or a mod im using that causes it

Light flow works well, but i don't want to use it once i turn it on in developer i can't use swipe feature on my keyboard thats a bug in jelly bean.

Aw thats a pity man i feel sorry for the LF dev. He's made an excellent app but its always been plagued by bugs that are totally beyond his control lol :banghead:
