Help Turn off sound when service is found.

When I go from no service to a few bars the phone beeps. I went through the settings and couldn't figure out how to turn that sound off. Any help would be appreciated.

Check ur system volume. If it's turned up turn it off completely.. This may be the case. If not see if you have a notification volume setting.

Does anyone know how to actually stop these pop-ups from happening? I went to settings and turned off data roaming, but I still keep receiving these annoying messages when I move from service to a dead area.
