Turn off vibrate during text...but not on home keys?

Since I updated to ICS, I can't seem to figure out how to turn off the vibrating during texting, but keep it on when you hit the home keys on the bottom. I know this was doable before the update...is there a way to do it now?
The only option I see is turning off the touch vibration altogether.

Go into settings. Language and input-settings for your keyboard-(android keyboard) vibrate on keypress

If you don't want the vibration on the text entry, then go into settings, language and input, choose your keyboard and then uncheck vibrate on keypress. This will stop the text vibrating. Then in settings, go to sound, anc check "vibrate on screen tap", this will make the home keys vibrate.
