Turn vibration ONLY during call

OK, so I do a lot of calling when I work... but I also get a LOT of emails during the day. Many times when I'm using my phone I get an email/text when I'm on the phone.

I don't mind the buzzing in my ear, but my clients can also hear this and say it sounds like a train or something very loud. I've heard this from many different people. This is NOT good at all. I want to have vibrate on when I'm not on a call, but I want to have the vibrate function off while I'm on a call so I don't bother the person I'm speaking with.

any help? Thanks, everyone!

You could turn off vibrate on email notification. I do that to mine because I get too many emails and if I left it on, my phone will be like a personal pleasuring device in my pocket LOL. :p
