turned off animations

You guys may have already done this, but I didn't until today and I can't believe how much smoother and snappier feels. I usually disable animations with launchers, but it didn't even occur to me to do this with touchwiz.

I don't notice much of a difference. It actually looks smoother to me with the animations on.

Thanks for the tip. I turned off animations, and also prefer it. To me, the animation of a new process opening is just artificial lag. With animations off, I can push any application, and it's instantly running on the screen.

Even with animations on, the apps load instantly. Timed with a stopwatch it's less that 0.1 seconds. Having the animation effect just makes it look smoother. Doesn't really slow anything down.
