Help Turning into EVO 3D

Before I S-Off and turn my phone into an EVO 3D I have some concerns. Will my 3D functionality be any different? Or more specific will my phone be EXACTLY how it is but just with better radio and network?

S-Off will NOT make any difference on 3-D. Some custom ROMs might not support 3-D (AOSP ROMs for example), but the short answer is no. Your phone will be the same, but with better signal and no Resource Errors.

The thread describing how to turn your phone into an Evo 3d is analogous to updating the firmware on your computer. It improves the functionality while all of your programs run the same as they always have. Installing a custom rom to use the same analogy would be like changing the OS, some stuff might not be compatible. So no just turning the phone into a 3d won't break anything.

The thread is just making it so your 300 dollar phone is going to work like its made to, stopping the sms errors and what not. I did it and Love it.

ok im going for it, now at the jbear's s-off site what would the EVO V be under HTC EVO 3D cdma (shooter) or HTC EVO 3D GSM (shooteru)?

Shooter. This phone is the CDMA version.

Ok im going to attempt it right now (was looking for a copper wire all this time xD). Now I read that in a normal Ethernet cable it has a copper wire, but idk which one it is.

YES! I succesfully S-offed my phone . Thanks for the help! Now to flash Harmonia and turn into EVO 3D. (Hacking the PSP is so much easier xD)
