Help Turning off pop-up prompt?

Every now and then (usually late at night, oddly), I get a prompt to configure a wi-fi hotspot. I don't want to do this. The only option it gives me directly is "ask me later." How do I stop this from asking me ever again? It's not a problem per se, just slightly annoying.

Is there a way to do this without disabling my wi-fi generally?

Maybe an app causes this, not the phone's OS.
Install and run 'Notification History' which might show you that app in question ... then you'd go to phone's Settings, Apps ... and disable the app's notification ability.
