Help turning on the camera

When going into the camera app does it suppose to have a 'click' sound to let you know you are turning it on or is this suppose to be silent?

Mine makes a small click noise when I turn the camera on or off. It used to worry me but I haven't had any issue with it and now knowing I'm not the only one makes me feel even better.

correct me if i'm wrong but i think it could be the shutter activating/deactivating? that's what it seems like to me

Cool feel better. Coming from ip4 (actually switching back and forward) I thought something was wrong with the phone. Like the phone now that I loaded Leedroid on it. Battery actually is a non issue now.
