Help Turning Swype Off

How can you toggle between Swype beta and the factory keyboard? Also, I have added strange words in my dictionary by using Swype. Is there a way to clear the dictionary?
 
In a text box long press and choose input method. A list of available keyboards will come up and choose.
As for the dictionary I haven't used swype in a little while so I can't remember how to change or clear words from the dictionary
