Might check out the free SD Maid and paid-version SD Maid Pro apps as they do all mentioned and more... Much more thorough cleaning than with all those different apps I believe. FYI.

Only if you have Titanium Backup Pro. The Pro version will also clear the Dalvik cache.

I wanted to limit my tutorial to free apps which is why I didn't include SD Maid Pro or Titanium Backup Pro. I've got no problem with paid apps and do have some paid apps, but I can understand why someone wouldn't want to use them for privacy issues.
