i successfully flashed a custom prl to my Kyocera rise. doing this increases your 3g speeds by FAR !!! should i make a tut

I do remember there was a tweak you could do to VM's HTC Wildfire S when I had it that updated its identifier w/ Sprint towers that improved speeds.
