i have the same manufacturer and product is the same too. how do i flash this firmware?

New firmware upgrading guide:
1. Download firmware.
2. You will get a rar file.
3. Open rar file you will get below 7 files.
4. Put these 7 files(don’t open zip file) in root your SD card, then follow below upgrading method
(1)Use a paperclip inserts to press the reset key which is at back side of the Android TV Box and hold it.
(2).Power on the Android TV Box (connect the AD adapter with device), wait for two Leds flash 3 times then release reset key.
(3). System will automatically upgrade.( Make sure power is not interrupted during the upgrading process.
(4).After process bar goes to end (Be patient, this will take several minutes),there will be below message showing on your screen, don’t worry, this info. is correct. Because every device only has one unique mac address, so the upgrading cannot change it.
(5)Power off your device. And repeat (1) to (4)
(6) After process bar goes to end,there will be same message showing on your screen again.
(7) Just restart your device. You have already got the new firmware.(Check the software verison in setting-> about media player. You will see it)

thanks, but my device does not have that reset button, i have even already disassembled it looking for that button... i have no idea of how to do it

I thought your device is the same as on the picture above..
But, without reset button..very strange..
On menu, there is not any possibility to upgrade?
Mine is the same as on the picture and it is possible to upgrade without to use reset button.

for me, the trick was to format with easeus partition manager the sd card as primary partition and fat 16. so it worked.
When uploading new firmware error occurred.
Now I can not run the box.
It does not help hold reset when switching box, will not start.
How else can I upload the new software, now what do I do?
