I would almost bet that this cable does NOT plug into your incredible without adapter. picture is pretty low res but looks like mini not micro.

If that's the case, more false advertising since they link a video of the incredible using it and no mention of adapter.

On that site, click on compatible phones and it lists phones that have the mini-USB connector. It does NOT list the HTC Incredible which uses the micro-USB connector.
Its not the correct cable.
