Root tv style screen shut off on cm9

I'm currently using cm9 alpha 6.11.0 on the triumph... I was wondering how to get the tv style shut off/screen sleep like I I've seen on the nexus...or do our version even has this option... not a deal breaker...just wanted to know if this feature was available on cm9 for triumph.
 
Most people don't notice it, bit cm9 actually does have a screen off animation. Its like a fade effect
 
Love that screen animation! Imo, its the coolest screen animation in all of Android. If you decide you'd like to investigate it yourself, you'll be searching for "CRT screen animation". It's named for the old school TVs and monitors which utilized Cathode Ray Tubes to produce their picture. I've never installed it myself but, I figured it may at least help you find some good info on it if you had the proper naming convention. Good luck! :)
