Help Twain Driver for Moto Droid Camera?

[stevejluke]

Hey all,

Is there a TWAIN interface for the Droid camera? I want to be able to acquire images from the camera from certain imaging apps. These apps have Twain drivers for acquiring from anything with that (generic) interface. I was wondering if anyone knows how to use the Droid camera via a Twain interface, or if it is possible at all...

AFAICT, I do not think this is possible - you don't direct access to the hardware using the USB cable, at most you get is access to the SDCard, and that is only after mounting....
