Twitter App from Marketplace

Hi All.

Anyone else using the Twitter App from the Marketplace?

I have it installed and it doesn't seem to want to update the tweet on the 30 minute basis that I have put it on. In fact it won't refresh at all.

Is there a known problem with this app?

I was using Peep, but that didn't update unless I told it to as well.

Try Twidroid instead. I find the Twitter clients on Android at the moment aren't on par with the likes of Twitter (formally Tweetie on iPhone) and Gravity (Symbian).

ok downloading the free version now. What does the paid version give you? a part from a warm tingling sensation, knowing that you have contributed to some developers labour of love that is.

I'm using it and dont have a problem with it.

More options to fine tune your twitter experience like URL shortening, picture uploader preferences etc.

Using the official Twitter app myself. Prefer it to the others although I'm no huge user. Have never had a problem with updating - mine is set to hourly

Also using official Twitter app with default values & no problem with it, it can be used for picture upload too so don't need any other app imho.
