Help Twitter Contact Linking

i've looked all over my phone, i've looked all over google but i just cant find an answer to my problem. i'm trying to link my twitter followers with my contacts (pictures, accounts tweets, etc.) on accounts and sync there's no twitter contact sync. and i can't do it from alphascope either. can somebody please help me?

Have you tried syncing you twitter account to the Google account first?

I think you have to sync Google+ with Twitter first? Try and Google it.

it's connected but there's no "Sync Contacts" option under accounts and sync on my phone. my phone is connected to my gmail. and gmail connected to twitter. also when i create a new contact and it asks me which account to save it under it says "Twitter (phone only unsynched)
