Help Two icons - one programme

Hi Folks


Wonder if someone can help me? My wife has recently purchased a X8..........we have downloaded a few apps........all working OK, however Dolphin Browser HD and AppsBrain have both put two icons onto the phones apps screens.

How do I go about removing these second icons?

It maybe because of two different version installed and so two icons...

OK daft IT suggestion first, switch phone off and back on... do you still have two icons?If you do then press Menu then Arrange Icons, you should get little red crosses by the icons, I'd just tap on one and get rid of it. It should ask if you want to uninstall so uninstall it, then come out of the arrange icons by pressing back up and see if you can open the app by the remaining icon. You can always go back to the Market and reinstall if it causes problems. You can uninstall and resinstall apps to your hearts content, it won't cause any problems.
