Help Two issues with Launcher Pro

[Josh9121977]

I downloaded Launcher Pro yesterday to my X. I have two issues with it I hope someone out there can fix:

1. On my home screen at the bottom of the screen for my dialer icon, contacts icon, app drawer icon, and so on...when I click on my contacts icon, it brings up my dialer screen, how do I fix that?

2. I also downloaded beautiful widgets. With this, I downloaded the beautiful GPS widget. When I click on that widget, it brings up the "location and security settings" and it will not allow me to turn on/off that widget...how do I fix that?

Thanks
