Two questions

1. Is there any sort of audio player controls for the lock screen (i.e. on my old iPhone when Stitcher, the iPod, or Pandora was playing I could double tap the home button and control the audio from the locked screen)?

2. This is a dumb question, but how do I flip to the next month when I am in the Calendar month view?

I don't know the answer to the first one but swipe up and down to go back and forth between months.

I use Widget Locker and I'm able to put the music app widget on my lock screen.

For number 1; There are different lock screens that you can add to your phone to be able to run widgets.

poweramp can add a widget to lock screen, also widget locker can do that
