Help Two Questions!

1. Ever since I got the phone, every so often, the process com.htc.bg or something like that has to force close. Usually like every couple hours. What is this and do I prevent it from doing so?

2. I was looking at possible video recording resolutions and noticed there was HD 720p and Online HD...what is the difference?

I would take it to a Verizon Corporate store and have them look at the phone. You should not be having that message popping up. Something might not be set up right in the programming.

What does that process even do? Is it necessary to exchange it for a different phone?
