1. How do I make Dolphin my default browser and keep it that way!?! Hahah, i know how to make it the default browser but it seems like every time i open a link in an email it ask what i want to use and gives me the options to make it my default...every time. Like its not sticking. And im pretty sure after a reboot i have to make it my default every time. Is this an issue with cm7 or dolphin?

2. How do turn the txt and emails sounds off when im listening to music. I hate hearing that when im listening to a song. On the upside, it doesnt make the volume stay low like others were reporting. Im using r0.10 btw.

1. Not sure

2. Should be Sounds>Notification Ringtone>Silent, and that should stop anything that usually makes whatever sound it was set to before you switch it to silent

**I believe certain apps like facebook and maybe some email apps have there own notification setting in the app itself so they still may go off

Ok, will that make it silent all the time or just while im listening to music? I would think there would be a way to make it silent ONLY when music is playing...

You can use system app remover from the market to uninstall the stock browser, and you can also make dolphin a system app by moving it within the system app remover app.

yes, that would make it silent all the time until you changed it back

if you wanna try and do it for music only you can try to go to cyanogenmod settings> sound settings> go to the bottom where it says these values are only for when headset is used

in attenuation of set volume you can change the notification value to 0

then in volume when music is playing and set notifications to be attenuated system setting

but i think by doing this that it not just going to be while the music is playing, itll probly be while headphones are plugged in, until u unplug them or reset the values

if you want it to be a quick back and fourth you can just make one of your toggles for sound, so pressing the button basically makes the phone vibrate mode, so it would be just a push of the button

Haha, the sound toggle button. That was too easy. I love cm7! Although...it would still be cool for the notification sounds to be silent when headphones are plugged in.

Just go into your settings and turn your notification settings to silent, but REMEMBER to change it back when you are done listening to your music.
