Help Two quick questions for Xoom plz

Hi folks I have 2 hopefully easy questions.

Does anybody have some urls etc for Alarm droid alarm app so I can get woken up by the radio? Im in the Uk and have tried entering some urls I have found online but nothing works, am i doing something wrong here lol?

Secondly, how the hell can I mark all in my email to delete them all at once, at the moment I am having to delete like 150 mails a day by single selecting each email seperatly....

The first question is something I have no experience with. The second: to my knowledge you can't in gmail. I wonder if it would let you if you used a physical keyboard? You might be able to if you used the browser unless whoever designed the Android browser doubles as an intern for Satan... lol.
