Help TWOS 50% with 2.2 still?

Looks like I still have to put into airplane mode to get rid of the 50% TWOS deal. Anyone else or is it just me?
 
A few folks are reporting this too, but say that toggling airplane mode on and then off after you reboot, or turn on your phone fixes the issue.
 
I cant believe they have not fixed this problem. I guess this puts me with the people who will never buy a samsung again. 6 months and no fix seems very disrespectful to the customer.

meaning no 3G? sorry to ask but i never heard this before

EDIT: nevermind did some more research. i'm good on the info now! mine says 4%...thats ok i'm assuming? the higher the number the worse right?
 
Just wondering if you guys did the put the phone into airplane mode trick. I did last night because I had forgotten to when I. Updated2 nights ago and today I was at only 6% then while I'm here at work its 25% but not anymore than that. So yeah try puting the phone into air plane mode then take it off it and give it a few hours and you should see a change in % wise.
