It would appear to be broke.

Been ripping my hair out trying to figure out why I have been having failures trying to flash zip files, reverted back to 2.6.3.0 and everything is normal again.

Sadly this may affect more devices than just the grouper, please pass on the word if you come across anyone having issues with TWRP 2.6.3.1 .

Just checked my version and that's what I've been on since rooting a few weeks ago and had no problems with it mate

You may get this error with zips constructed for more than one version of a device, like grouper or tilapia and the install script requires a specific version response.

The solution is to roll back to 2.6.3.0
