Typing issue, any ideas?

Recently my Hero has stopped doing capital letters. I finish a sentence, put in a full stop, hit the "space" bar and it's always flipped to capitals for the next letter. Now it simply carries on in lower case. Very annoying.
Have I just changed a setting by accident or something?
Does anyone know how to get it back to how it should be please?
