Hello everybody
My Galaxy Note 2 with Android 4.1.2 (I do not intend to update from 4.1.2) stopped remembering words when I type messages which it used to before.
This happened after I installed ccleaner and ran it once. Only later did I realise that it was probably due to the ccleaner. I uninstalled it after clearing cache, force stopping etc.
But my keyboard still does not remember words that I type very often - My name & title, etc. etc.
I dug into the keyboard settings and saw that "predictive text" was on and also "personalised data " on. In the personalisation options, there are only Learn from Facebook, gmail, twitter, etc. I ticked learn from gmail - even after several times pressing this and after typing several gmails, still the key board does not remember my words / texts.
Please give suggestions to solve this.
Thanks in advance
