Help UID processes and corresponding process name

When checking partial wake usage, I sometimes see processes with a UID prefix, such as UID 10016 and UID 10033. Does anyone know of a way to figure out who that process actually is?
 
I know this is a mega old thread, but Im on a nexus 4 and I see an app listed on my data usage screen that says 10033 and Im searching for answers on what it is. Is there a way to tell?
