The rom has exposed by default... Problem with most of the modules is lg calls their own resources instead of aosp... Plus hard coding the theming is better on resources (eg: phone runs faster)

Lg calls their own quick settings... I may b able too i did it to my lawe rom i made for the zte awe which is a 4.1.2 jb device

You can use Color Status Bar if you want those notification bars.

Try the Xposed module called GravityBox [KK]. Turn on quick settings and you should be set. GravityBox has many more features as well. It is by far my favorite Xposed module.

You wont brick by installing that. I did it on the stock ROM and the G3 ROM but I am not sure if it will work on the UltaLolli ROM.
