I have read the back and forth about whether someone is using someone else's work and such, but I have to say this is the only ROM I Have tried thus far that gives me a stable 2.1 launcher experience at OCs. I have now gotten my instability at 110 fixed, so I am back at 1100 (and gonna try 1200 later tonight) and even if he is pulling from all different ROMs, and even if he is only repackaging them, I can say this as well:

It could definitely be a litany / list of things that he has to be thankful for, but at the same time, claiming that he gives no credit seems to be just a bit stretching it.

BTW, this same statement, including the mention of editing to add specific thanks later in the 3.7 thread, was there from the time that 3.1 was released - so that is at least 2-3 weeks, since when I first started using his ROMs.

It's not like he added them this past weekend....

With all said and done, I don't want ROMs that replace the 2.1 launcher with 2.0.1 at all. Hence me sticking with this ROM.

I just installed SG 5.0.1 last night but I don't have time to test it, but fear not - Spring break starts Friday, an I'll be here a lot for the next week

On a side note, I heard if you have widgets/links on Launcher, then Launcher+ becomes buggy. This still the case? I may give Launcher+ another chance by killing the widgets/links on Launcher.

As for Pete's rom, I was having issues with .5. So that's why I switched. Time will tell if I have similar issues. But once Pete comes out with an update, I'm going back.

Back when i was running stock android, I was using GDE and was running the same widgets/app layouts on home and my GDE home and it was real laggy until i went back and cleared the stock home. The launcher+ is running excellent for me on this rom, i really like it.

Same. It's fast no doubt but in the end it just didn't feel as polished as Pete's ROMs do to me.

I tried BB 1.2, but Voice Search is broken. So I'm downloading DroidMod. I haven't tried it yet.
