Ultra Power Saving Mode

I would like to find a way to have "Ultra Power Saving Mode" like what is found on the S5. I have seen the 3rd party Launcher, but I don't like that very much, so I would prefer to have the Official Samsung version. Is there a way that anyone has found to have this feature on the S4 (I'm on Verizon if that matters). I am not rooted, but I guess I will root if I have to.

Super power saving isn't part of the launcher, it's part of the firmware and hardware.

right. what I was saying was that someone has made a launcher to try and emulate SPSM. but I don't want that.
