Accessories Ultra Silke Cases

Just ordered an ultra silke case thursday night from SGPStore.com. Got an email the next morning that it had shipped. Looking forward to receiving it early next week! I'll be sure to write up my thoughts on it here.

You can always give the UltraSilke case a shot. They are good for the price. I was initially contemplating buying the Ultraslider but went with the Silicone UltraSilke case. Ideally I would have preferred a fitted leather case but silicone is ok and for the price, I really like the Ultra Silke case.

Yeah you can save the Screen protector for later if you already have one on which you are happy with but I thought I'd comment on it since it comes with it and it is a very good quality screen protector and well constructed...not one of those El Cheapo ones. I had a InvisibleShield SP on it and that was garbage compared to the Steinhell. I've long been a loyal buyer of Boxwave SPs for lot of my devices but I think Steinhell SPs meets or beats the Boxwave, which in my opinion is one of the best SP money can buy for any device.

Well, they had them listed as temporarily out of stock and one member here said they had contacted customer support and CS said that they would have them back in stock next week I think. If they were getting them back in stock I don't think they would remove the listing from the website....I just hope they get some more in. This Tmobile gel case is such a pain with pockets I just really want a hard plastic case.

Also, thanks for the review on the screen protector!

I went to a T-Mobile store today and i gotta say, they had some of those Body Glove hardcase covers and i really like those. It is a hardcase with a kind of rubberized coating on them for a good grip but it slid in my pocket really nice. No stick at all. It is kinda thick but i was really impessed with it. I wouldnt buy one there though since they were $29.99 when they are $17 or so on ebay.

I dont really like the hard cases that are smooth. They are too slippery imo.

I've seen those cases, but I also prefer the feel of the hard, non-rubberized cases. To each his own! :D
 
I went with the Casemate Tough Case. It includes a silicone case with a second hard plastic case that fits over the first. It provides excellent grip and the case fits perfect. It also recedes the screen and camera lens in a bit so no worries laying it on either side on a table. It includes a screen protector that is meant for the Euro Galaxy S so it has a cutout for the home button but I saved the screen protector because I bought the screen protectors from T-Mobile ($15 for 2).

Only complaint about the case is power button will take a bit of getting used because it is nearly flush with the case (no cut out for power or volume buttons). So you end up having to feel for a small smooth surface on the side of the case.

As far as the T-Mo screen protectors the price is ridiculous especially because they don't cover the whole face. It stops right after the screen before the "SAMSUNG" badge. From the previous posts $30 on a case and $15 on screen protectors may not be to popular but I figure I got the phone on special on Amazon so I can spend a bit on the case and screen protectors.
 
Oh, I could just tell from the pictures on the site that it added a good bit of bulk. but in the interest of people who are considering that case, please post up those pictures!
