Help Umm the update what does generic cdma mean?

so on the update to 2.3.6 it says generic cdma so does that mean i would have to reprogram my phone? will it have the metro bloatware? and will i have to update my prl again? i will do it if someone tells me i dont have to reprogram my phone and stuff and gives me the load down on what will happen if i do it ( i know there wont be root for it )

That Update Is Not For The Metro Admire It's For An Unlocked Version Of The Admire!!!!
