Root Un-rooting tab 2 7

Hey guys, Im new to this forum, so i think this is the right place for my post, anyways..

I have a galaxy tab 2 7 inch(gt-p3110) that i rooted a while ago and installed a rom that allows me to run android 4.2. Now I am giving the tablet to a friend of mine and I want to restore it all the way back to factory setting, as well as the factory android 4.0. I cant remember exactly what rom I used, all I know is that it is my cyanogenMod

The easiest way is to download a stock ROM from Sam Mobile and flash it with Odin. This will take you back to unrooted stock.

If you need more details - let me know, and I will try to find a link from xda that walks you through it

I did read something somewhere that meantoned Odin, but no walk through or anything. If you had a link or something it would be much appreciated.
