Help Un-Sync Contacts (Facebook)

[juicyfruit]

My contact list is filled with my FB friends. I am just wondering if it possible to just show people with phone numbers only and filter out other people which I don't really care about.

Also is it possible to link the people (with phone numbers only) to their FB accounts ?

Thank you
