Help unable to access system?

Tried to resrtore factory settings but it wouldnt work and all the photos and files were still there, 3 said might need flashing as virus
anyway I tried a few times more and eventually hard reset worked and back to normal, only problem is when it is reseting I get an error about not being able to access file, is this a virus or is it okay?

Is the phone working? Did you do the factory reset from settings or the recovery menu?

If you Google Can't access to '/system/csc/H3G/system/ it throws up several links mostly to people with the same problem A couple of links suggest that a factory reset does solve it. You could try another. Go into Recovery mode (Power,Home and Volume up button) and do a data/factory reset.

If it's working OK however, you might leave well alone.
