Hey everyone. I have a Samsung Galaxy S II X with Telus, and am finally trying to upgrade to ICS. I downloaded Kies but am not able to connect my phone to my computer. When I plug in the usb cord the only thing that shows up on my phone is that the charger is connected. It wont let me actually connect to my usb utilities. I have tried going through the settings menus to find out if any of that might help but no luck so far.
Is there a way to update to ICS through Kies WIFI or no?
Also should I try a factory reset to see if that will help my phone connect via usb?
