Help Unable to download/update certain apps

As the title says im unable to download certain apps.
For example for Speedx 3D there is an update, i click update, it says "starting download" then "downloading" then "download unsuccesful"
but updating others is okay.
Whys this happening? :s

When i try to update Launcher Pro it says, file not properly signed, must be an issue with the app.

Installation from unknown sources is ticked.

Hi, i just got my GT 540 last week. Since then i've been trying to get updates through the LG updater so i can upgrade my android from 1.6 to 2.1. I've downloaded all the drivers etc, but when i connect my phone it says it's not connected. I can put music etc onto my phone from the pc and it charges so i know it's not the cable. Getting very frustrated. i've also tried 3 different computers and the problem is the same on all of them. After all the problems i've read about this upgrade i'm not sure if it's worth bothering with. Can anyone help???? :/

This is still annoying me!
it seems more and more apps im unable to update or download!

I tried clearing cache, eleteing market/google data, uninstalling market updates, using diffrent wi-fi points, used my mobile data..
nothing is working :<
