Help Unable to install map on Ndrive

I am unable to install the free map (one) that is allowed on lg optimus one p500... When i login to Ndrive i see a pop up saying i can use one map for free but when i select India and proceed further i get a msg 'This device isn't authorized to make this operation.

Please help me to fix this.
 
after many days of frustrating help seeking i managed to get this installed, you need to ignore the download message and instead exit that screen and go into my Ndrive>store>map and installed from there.

I am trying to do the same, but it offers me payment options thro CC and some brazilian payment gateway.

How did you solve the payment issue, can you elaborate please?

LG and NDrive have an agreement to provide one map free of cost. Hence India map is prestored on the SD Card. However, I have realised after lot of time and research that July 2011 manufactured phones IMEI is not recognised by NDrive servers. I have a July 2011 manufactured Optimus One LG P500 Phone with the same issue.

I have tried the following:
1. Resetting the phone to factory settings. No joy. This device is not authorised to perform this operation error continues after selecting India as one of the free maps during NDrive startup.

2. The service center changed the PCB / Mother board of the Phone and still the error continues.

3. The same SD card works perfectly on Feb / May 2011 manufactured phones. The India map works on these phones.

4. I have referred the case to LG through the service center. The service center has not been able to identify the fault.

5. I am sick of LG products now. Let's see how fast they would be able to resolve the issue.

6. I have also referred the problem to NDrive tech support. They inturn have conveniently referred the problem to LG service center, which is not able to overcome the error during NDrive startup.

7. LG Mobiles...DOWN .... DOWN......

Recently i faced with similar problem.But solved later.

Our phone's IMEI number must be regisered with NDRIVE before use it.

Simply send an email about error with your phone's IMEI and serial number to following email id.

MobileCSTechSupport@lgindia.com

Your problem will be solved definately.

Now i'm using my NDRIVE.
 
I was facing the same problem. It is an authorisation issue by NDrive servers after selecting the free map. I referred it to NDrive support and they authorised my LG P500, after which the problem was resolved. Prior to referring the problem to NDrive, I had reported the problem to LG Service Center at Delhi, they tried all tricks under their sleeve which included software reset on phone and SD card to factory setting, Change of motherboard but the error "this device is not authorised to make this operation"continued. Only solved after NDrive had authorised my IMEI number in their servers.

rajtechi - how do i solve the ndrive authorization problem? what's the process to get in touch with ndrive support?
