Help Unable to install random app's

Hey,
I got a Problem that's kinda weird.
It was a normal day, i tryd to install a new App, aand i got a error named: "APP can't be downloaded, blah blah, error 492." Soo i looked for answers and help but nothing worked. I tryd 5 different app's and 3 of them gave me the error again. I did NOT rooted my mobile i have 4 Gb free on Mobile and 8+ Gb on my SD Card. I tryd it for like 3-5 days now and I still can't install radome Apps. It would be realy nice if some one can help me solve this Problem. (Sorry for bad english im German :3)

Is the apps you are trying to download/install from the PlayStore?

Yes, every App i tryd is compatible with my phone and I already tryd all 3 steps from the website.
