Root Unable to install ROM. Maybe i missed a step?

I unrevoked rooted.
Then Unrevoked Forever.
I did 2.15 radio.
Now when i try to install a Rom to my phone i get errors. I opened ROM Manager and downloaded Skyraider 2.5.2 vanilla. Checked wipe cache etc..

When it reboots i get that /!\ with the android figure. The massage is:

E:failed to seek in /cache/update.zip (invalid argument)
E:signature verification failed
Installation aborted.


I also tried the manual way and did Hboot and install from SDcard. Same issue.


Any ideas?

Ok so messing around with the phone and researching i think i found out what i did wrong. When i updated my radio i only did the part up to runnign PB31IMG. It showed an updated radio 2.15 so i stopped. I went back and downloaded the dinc_ota and renamed it to update. seems to be working so far...
