Help Unable to Purchase Apps from Market

Hey,

So when i tap the price on an app, it gives me an error, the item you were trying to pirchase could not be found. I live in Saudi Arabia and have the saudi market. Before, when i used to tap the price, it asked fr my credit card details, but i changed my google accout country frm Saudi Arabia to US, and it stopped working after that (could be coincidence)
Now ive changed my country back to Saudi Arabia, but i still get the error. I even removed, and added a secondary google accout (cuz i cant remove the primary one without deleting games) and tried purchasing apps frm there, but i get the same erro. Plz hlp as i really want to purchase a few games. I know that purchasing IS supported in my country because whenever my friend taps the price, his phone asks fr credit card info, thanks in advance =)

I have a Sont Ericssom Xperia Play btw

After changing your country back, you may need to do a factory reset.

Thanks so much! So if i remove my memory card, do a reset, and put it back in,will i be able to resolve my issue and have my save data? Thanks
And how do i backup stuff frm my phone memory? Thnx

With a factory reset you can choose to erase the SD card or not so there is no need to remove the memory card. Factory reset will however erase all emails, text messages, user apps, call logs, contacts, etc. You can use astro file manager, free from market, to backup user apps if you are able to download free apps. The contacts are already saved to gmail account if you have the sync set up.

Hey, thanks! I backed up my apps to astro, but after the reset, how will i restore them?

Download astro again from the market and use it's restore apps feature.

Astro backs the apps up to your memory card.

Thanks! I successfully performed a factory reset :D

When I try to purchase apps, it does not say that the item could not be found, but it says, there was a problem processing it request, plz go to checkout.google.com so I'll enter my credit card details there And purchase. :) but I still don't understand y my friend gets n option to enter card details on tapping buy,

Now it sounds more like an issue with your google account. Do you have more than one on your phone?

That error came after i resetted my device cuz it was the old android market version, i updated the android market and now it gives me the same issu, the item u are trying to purchase could not be found.

After the reset, i have addrd only ONE GOOGLE account.

Btw, the friend fr whome android market asls fr credit card, he bought it frm Pakistan, whereas another friend of kine, who just bought the Arsc S,also gets the same issue as me. When i try to pirchase andeoid apps on laptop frm market.android.com, it says that the app is not comatible with my device, even though it IS thanks!!! :D

Discovered the problem, purchasing apps isn't supported in my country, and my friend bought it from another country where purchasing is supported, so thats why his device asks for a credit card:) hope it comes to my country soon :)
