Help Unable to select "USB computer connection"

Hi , I have already unlock my device but just wondering why I can't select "USB computer connection"? It just grey out.

What device do you have?
I know that on my SG3, I cannot mount as a USB mass storage. It shows up as you have posted on your ss.

I still can view and move files from computer to phone when I select "mtp".
